Ingredients

French Stick Tomato Puree Mixed Herbs 1.5 ounces grated mozerella Sliced tomatoes Mushrooms Black Olives White Cabbage Grated Carrot Lemon Juice

Method

Cut in half a 5" chunk of French Stick, spread with tomato puree and mixed herbs and top with ½oz grated mozarella cheese or ½oz half fat cheese, sliced tomato, mushrooms and black olives. Toast or oven bake. Serve with shredded white cabbage and grated carrot mixed with lemon juice. PER 100g 123 Kcal, fat 3.5g, saturated fat 1.6g, salt 1g, carbohydrate 18.6g, sugar 3.4g, fibre 1.8g
