A traditional Caesar salad combined with chicken and served in a flour tortilla wrap.

1 chicken fillet, cooked and cut into strips 2-3 leaves of Cos lettuce, washed and chopped 2tsp Caesar dressing 1tsp grated Parmesan cheese 1 flour totilla
Mix together the cooked chicken strips with the lettuce, Caesar dressing and grated parmesan cheese. Spoon the mixture along the centre of the flour tortilla, fold and roll the tortilla to secure the filling. Cook's note Ideal for using up left over chicken from the Sunday Roast.
