Ingredients
2 thick slices mixed grain bread
2 tsp/10ml fish paste
3½oz/99g can tuna in brine, drained
2 spring onions, chopped
2 tomato, sliced
2oz/50g mozzarella cheese, sliced
Oregano
Black pepper
Method
Toast one side of the bread. Spread the untoasted side thinly with fish paste. Top one slice with tuna, spring onions, sliced tomato, oregano and black pepper. Cover with slices of mozzarella and cook under a moderate grill until cheese has melted. Top with reserved slice of bread and cut into triangles. Serve warm.
