A classic combination of pork and apple sauce suffing. Sunday roast in a sandwich.

2 slices malted bread 1 slice roasted pork (approx 25g) 50g apple sauce 30g apple, mustard and herb stuffing
Place the slice of roasted pork on one slice of bread. Spread over the apple sauce, then crumble over the stuffing. Top with the remaining slice of bread and cut the sandwich in half. PER SERVING 244 Kcal, fat 3.8g, saturated fat 1.2g, salt 1.6g, carbohydrate 42.7g, sugar 10.6g, fibre 2.9g
