Strong creamy Stilton flavour, combined with juicy sweet pears and mild peppery watercress. Served on walnut bread.

2 slices walnut bread 50g watercress ½ ripenend pear, skinned, cored and chopped 50g Stilton, crumbled 1 tsp walnut oil 1 tsp olive oil salt and freshly ground black pepper
Divide the watercress between the 2 slices of bread. Mix the chopped pear, crumbled Stilton, walnut oil, olive oil, salt and pepper. Divide the mixture between the 2 slices of bread. PER SERVING 644 Kcal, fat 44.5g, saturated fat 14.2g, salt 1.8g, carbohydrate 39.4g, sugar 14.7g, fibre 6.9g
