Creamy egg mayonnaise mixed with chopped ham, served on a plain toasted bagel. A kids favourite, lunch or teatime snack.

1 hard boiled egg, shelled and mashed 2tsp light mayonnaise 1 slice ham, chopped 1 plain bagel, halved and toasted
