Lettuce leaf
Hard boiled egg
Mayonnaise
Prawns
Lemon
Cucumber twist
A sprig of parsley or dill

Method

Butter a thick slice of brown bread, and top with a lettuce leaf, sliced hard boiled egg, mayonnaise and prawns. Garnish with a lemon and cucumber twist and a sprig of parsley or dill. PER SERVING 320 Kcal, fat 15g, saturated fat 3.1g, salt 3.2g, carbohydrate 23.3g, sugar 2g, fibre 2g
