Crunchy Pitta Pockets

Ingredients
1 wholemeal pitta bread
½ apple, chopped and dipped in lemon juice
1 celery stick, sliced
15ml/1tbsp raisins
50g/2oz cottage cheese
crispy lettuce
Method
Warm pitta bread under the grill for 1 minute, cut in half and open out into pockets. Mix together apple, celery, raisins and cottage cheese. Place lettuce in pitta bread and fill with apple mixture.
