Crunchy Pitta Pockets

Ingredients

1 wholemeal pitta bread
½ apple, chopped and dipped in lemon juice
1 celery stick, sliced
15ml/1tbsp raisins
50g/2oz cottage cheese
crispy lettuce

Method

Warm pitta bread under the grill for 1 minute, cut in half and open out into pockets. Mix together apple, celery, raisins and cottage cheese. Place lettuce in pitta bread and fill with apple mixture. PER SERVING 270 Kcal, fat 3.5g, saturated fat 1.3g, salt 0.4g, carbohydrate 49.1, sugar 18.6g, fibre 6.1
