A bitter sweet combination of strawberries, balsamic vinegar and black pepper, served on Ciabatta spread with sweetened creme fraiche.

½ Ciabatta 140g strawberries, washed and chopped 2 tsp balsamic vinegar freshly ground black pepper 2-3 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped 100ml creme fraiche 2 tsp icing sugar
Cut the Ciabatta in half then split open to make 4 pieces. Mix together the chopped strawberries, balsamic vinegar, cracked black pepper and mint levaes. Combine the creme fraiche with the icing sugar and spread over the Ciabatta slices. Top with the balsamic glazed strawberries.
