Warm Ham Stilton Ciabatta

Ingredients
1 Ciabatta loaf
Olive oil
40g/1½oz Watercress
115g/4oz Sliced ham
115/4oz Stilton cheese
2 Cloves of garlic,sliced
1 Red onion, sliced into rings
Black pepper
Method
Cut Ciabatta in half lengthways and drizzle with olive oil, grill on both sides. Top with watercress, followed by the ham and sliced stilton. Fry onion rings and garlic until soft and place on top of cheese with some black pepper. Place under a hot grill until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
