Tuna and Bean Sandwich

Ingredients
large bap or two thick slices of bread
3oz tuna in brine, drained
1 tbsp red kidney beans or sweet corn
½ inch section cucumber, diced
1 tomato, diced
1 tsp low calorie French dressing
black pepper
crushed garlic (optional)
Method
Cut bap in half and spread cut surfaces with butter or low fat spread. Mix the remaining ingredients and use to fill bap or cover bread. PER SERVING 475 Kcal, fat 4.2g, saturated fat 1g, salt 3.3g, carbohydrate 76.7g, sugar 9.1g, fibre 8.7g
