Fabulous for open smoked salmon sandwiches or as an accompaniment to a poached salmon salad. Works well with fish and chicken as a sandwich bread too.

Breadmaker Setting: Basic - ¾ cup/175ml tepid water - 2 tbsp skimmed milk powder - 2 tbsp sunflower oil - 1 tbsp sugar - zest of 2 lemons - 2 cups/320g strong white bread flour - 1 tsp fast action yeast -
Measure the ingredients into the pan in the order they are listed above. This ensures the best mixing and therefore the best result.
Check basic bake programmed is selected and the loaf size is set to small and press the start button.
When the loaf is ready, the machine will beep and the loaf tin can be removed using an oven glove, be careful as it is very hot.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before turning pan upside down and tapping the loaf onto the rack.
