These wraps are a novel variation on a sandwich or filled roll for children's lunchboxes, picnics or party food.
Serves 4 children
2 soft flour tortillas 1 tbsp Dijonnaise, or mayonnaise if preferred 25g Cheddar cheese, finely grated 25g Red Leicester cheese, finely grated 15ml freshly chopped parsely Salt and freshly ground black pepper 50g wafer thin smoked ham
Lay the tortillas out on a chopping board and spread each evenly with the Dijonnaise. Mix together the cheeses, parsley and seasoning in a bowl then scatter over the tortillas. Lay the wafer thin ham over the cheese on the tortillas, spreading out evenly to cover the cheese. Carefully roll each tortilla up incorporating the filling then cut each wrap into 4 pieces diagonally, secruring each piece with a cocktail stick in the middle to stop them from unravelling and this in turn also makes them great party nibbles too. Serve immediately. PER SERVING 818 Kcal, fat 7.9g, saturated fat 3.2g, salt 0.8g, carbohydrate 20.2g, sugar 0.6g, fibre 1g
