Ingredients

1 large Pitta Bread
2oz/50g hummus
lettuce
sliced cucumber
sliced onions

Method

Grill the Pitta on both sides. Cut in half and split each half open. Fill with the other ingredients. PER SERVING 353 Kcal, fat 7.8g, saturated fat 0.2g, salt 1.9g, carbohydrate 61.4g, sugar 6.3g, fibre 4.3g
