Ingredients
1 large Pitta Bread
50g/2oz hummus
Lettuce - cripsy lettuce salad mix is delicious
1tbsp red pesto
sliced cucumber
sliced red onions
Method
Grill the Pitta on both sides. Cut in half and split each half open. Fill with hummus, cripsy lettuce, red pesto, cucumber slices and red onion slices. PER SERVING 427 Kcal, fat 14.9g, saturated fat 2.1g, salt 2.1g, carbohydrate 60.9g, sugar 6g, fibre 4.2g
