Green Grape and Brie Bap

Ingredients

4 wholemeal or malted wheatgrain baps
225g/8oz firm brie, sliced
110g/4oz green grapes, halved
25g/1oz walnuts, chopped
lettuce - radiccio or endive

Method

Cut baps in half leaving a hinge, butter, cut surfaces. Place a lettuce leaf in each bap topped with the sliced brie, finish with the grapes and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. PER SERVING 535 Kcal, fat 23.9g, saturated fat 11.6g, salt 2.3g, carbohydrate 56.4g, sugar 7.6g, fibre 5.4g
