1 bagel 2 tbsp low-fat soft cheese 50g large prawns Quarter of an avocado, sliced Lemon juice Black pepper Lettuce
Cut bagel in half and toast, spread one surface with soft cheese then add lettuce. Sprinkle lemon juice onto the avocado and place the avocado on the lettuce.
