Ingredients

2 thick slices of malted Wheatgrain cob loaf
Butter or low fat spread
Lettuce - crispy lettuce salad mix is delicious
Ripe brie, cut into slices
Walnut halves
Seedless green grapes, halved
2tbsp Mayonnaise

Method

Thinly spread bread with butter or low fat spread. Fill with, cripsy lettuce, brie, walnuts, grapes and a dollop of mayonnaise. PER SERVING 1126 Kcal, fat 95.1g, saturated fat 26.3g, salt 2.6g, carbohydrate 41.1g, sugar 8.4g, fibre 5.9g
