Butter or low fat spread
Peanut butter
Lettuce
Tomato slices
Cucumber slices
Cooked chicken
Bacon rashers - crisply grilled
Mayonnaise
Black pepper
Method
Cut bap in half, spread thinly with mayonnaise, butter or low fat spread and a little peanut butter. Fill with the lettuce, tomato and cucumber slices, chicken, bacon and season with black pepper.
