Thick slices of rye bread topped with roast beef, caramelized onions and creamed horseradish sauce. A combination of traditional English flavours.

1 tbsp olive oil 1 medium onion, sliced Salt and freshly ground black pepper 2 slices of thick rye bread 2 tbsp creamed horseradish sauce 2 slices roast beef
Heat the olive oil in a medium frying pan and cook the sliced onion over a medium to low heat for 8-10 minutes until softened. Spread the creamed horseradish sauce over the two slices of rye bread.
