Ingredients
1 bagels, halved and toasted
125g ready to eat peeled prawns
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chilli
2 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp crème fraiche
Method
Mix together the prawns, green chilli, lime juice and fresh coriander. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Spread the crème fraiche over the two toasted bagel halves.
