Croissants filled with creamy Brie and tangy cranberry sauce. A simple combination of French flavours.

1 croissant 50g Brie cheese, sliced 2 tsp cranberry sauce
Preheat the oven to 180ºC/ Gas Mark 4. Cut the croissant in half and warm in the oven for 4 minutes. Fill with the slices of brie cheese and the cranberry sauce. Cook's notes This filled croissant would taste wonderful served warm. Leave warming the croissant in the oven until after you have filled it.
