Creamy avocado slices combined with strips of chicken, bacon and watercress. Served with mayonnaise in a flour tortilla wrap.

1 cooked chicken fillet, cut into strips 2 rashes maple cured smoked back bacon, cooked and cut into strips 1 avocado, peeled, de-stoned and sliced 30g watercress 4 tsp mayonnaise 2 flour tortillas
Place half of the cooked chicken strips, half the cook bacon strips and half the avocado slices along the center of each flour tortilla. Top each with half the mayonnaise and half the watercress. Fold and roll each tortilla to secure the filling. PER SERVING 567 Kcal, fat 31g, saturated fat 6.3g, salt 1.8g, carbohydrate 41.5g, sugar 1.2g, fibre 4.3g
