2 thick slices of bread 85g/3oz cheese 1/2oz walnut pieces black pepper ½ apple, sliced lettuce, cucumber and tomato
Spread the bread with butter or low fat spread. Cut the cheese into thin slices and place on one slice, sprinkle with walnut pieces and season with black pepper. Top with apple slices, lettuce, sliced cucumber and tomato. Place remaining slice of bread on top.
