Ingredients

100g/4oz icing sugar - sieved
15ml/1 tbsp water
food colouring - few drops

Method

Mix icing sugar with water in a basin. Beat until smooth, colour as required. Variations Orange replace water with orange juice or undiluted squash. Chocolate sieve 10ml/2 tsp cocoa powder with icing sugar before mixing with water. PER 100g 393 Kcal, fat 0g, salt 0.3g, carbohydrate 104.9g, sugar 103.8
