Strawberry Brioche Puddings

When the heat is on this summer, why not turn the temperature down in the kitchen with a simple and easy-to-make Strawberry Brioche pudding? No baking, no fuss, this dessert is a must all summer long.

Ingredients
4 brioche
250g/9oz strawberries
½ of 135g (5oz) packet of strawberry jelly
150g/5½ oz carton ready to serve custard
1tbsp crème fraiche
Method
Take the tops off the brioche and firmly press down the insides. Make up the jelly with 300ml (½pt) water and allow to almost set. Place a few slices of strawberry in each brioche and then fill with jelly. Top with a mixture of custard and crème fraiche. Decorate with strawberries.
