Delicious sweet bites for the end of the party. Tasting like pecan pie, they are very easy to make.
Serves 32
8 slices fruited cinnamon bread 150g/5oz cream cheese 1˝tbsp maple syrup 50g/2oz whole pecan nuts
Toast the bread and cut each slices into four pieces. Mix the cheese with the maple syrup and divide between the bread squares. Top with pecan nuts. PER SERVING 59 Kcal, fat 3.5g, saturated fat 1.5g, salt 0.1g, carbohydrate 6.2g, sugar 2.5g, fibre 0.3g
