200g/7oz can tuna, drained 85g/3oz fresh white breadcrumbs 150ml/5 fl oz natural yoghurt 3 tbsp low fat fromage frais 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 tbsp lemon juice 4 small gherkins, chopped 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley salt and pepper
Place all ingredients except salt and pepper in a liquidiser/food processor and blend until smooth. Spoon into serving dish, cover and chill for a couple of hours to allow the flavours to blend. Garnish with finely chopped parsley and serve with ciabatta batons. PER SERVING 104 Kcal, fat 1.3g, saturated fat 0.6g, salt 0.7g, carbohydrate 11.6g, sugar 4.9g, fibre 0.5
