There are many different flavours of naan bread available, try coriander or garlic naan as a base. The chicken mixture can be made the day before and kept in the refrigerator.
Makes 28
2 large naan breads 2 chicken breast fillets, cooked and finely chopped 4 tbsp mayonnaise 2 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon freshly ground black pepper flat parsley to garnish
Mix chicken with mayonnaise, tarragon, lemon juice and pepper. Heat naan breads according to packet instructions and cut each into approx 14 pieces. Spoon some chicken mixture onto each piece of bread and garnish with flat parsley. PER SERVING 62 Kcal, fat 2.7g, saturated fat 0.4g, salt 0.2g, carbohydrate 5.8g, sugar 0.4g, fibre 0.2g
