Grilled Whole Plaice with Dill and Lime Breadcrumbs

A tangy flavoured bread and add the extra zing to this favourite fish dish.
Ingredients
1 Whole plaice, prepared
2tbsp Garlic butter, softened
50g/2oz Breadcrumbs
1tsp Parsley, chopped
1tsp Dill, chopped
1 Lime zest and juice
50g/2oz Butter, melted
Salt and black pepper
Method
Place the prepared fish on a buttered grilling tray and brush the fish all over with garlic butter. Season with salt and ground pepper. Grill on both sides, dark side first, for 7 - 8 minutes. Meanwhile place the breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, lime juice and lime zest in a bowl. Pour in the melted butter and mix in well. Sprinkle over the top of the fish and cook for 3 - 4 minutes until lightly browned. Serve with a lime twist.
