An unusual idea for a tasty kebab.
Serves 2
50g/2oz strips smoked Salmon 4 slices of wholemeal bread, cubed 8 large unshelled prawns Cucumber slices Wooden skewers 1 Lemon cut in half lenghtways, use juice from one half and cut lemon wedges for garnish
Wrap the smoked salmon round cubes of wholemeal bread. Skewer the smoked salmon bread wraps, prawns and cucumber onto the wooden skewers. Squeeze lemon juice over. Serve with lemon wedges and a green salad. PER SERVING 199 Kcal, fat 3.2g. saturated fat 0.5g, salt 3.2g, carbohydrate 25.5g, sugar 1.9g, fibre 3.1g
