Brown Sauce
2 rashers of well grilled bacon
1 tomato
mushrooms

Method

Toast muffin, split in half, then spread each half with brown sauce. Grill tomatoes and mushrooms. Place bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms on muffin. PER SERVING 321 Kcal, fat 12.4g, saturated fat 4.4g, salt 3.4g, carbohydrate 35.2g, sugar 7.1g, fibre 2.3g
