Ciabatta Pizza

Makes 4

Ingredients

1 ciabatta loaf 1 clove garlic, cut in half 2 tbsp. tomato puree 1 green pepper 1 red pepper 1 yellow pepper 55g (2oz) smoked ham, cut into slices fresh herbs, chopped black olives parmesan cheese black pepper

Method

Cut ciabatta in half, rub cut surfaces with cut side of garlic and spread with tomato puree. Meanwhile place peppers on a baking tray in a hot oven for about 20 mins or until skin blisters and peppers start to soften. Cool slightly and slice. Place on top of bread. Sprinkle with ham, oregano, olives, parmesan cheese and black pepper. Cook in a moderate oven until heated through. PER SERVING 294 Kcal, fat 6.1g, saturated fat 1.6g, salt 2.1g, carbohydrate 49g, sugar 9.1g, fibre 4.3g
