1 thick slice from a crusty bloomer loaf ½ garlic clove 2 tsp/10ml tomato puree thinly sliced pieces of red, green or yellow pepper 2 mushrooms black olives to taste stilton cheese mixed herbs
Toast slice of bread on one side. Rub untoasted side with the cut garlic clove. Spread with tomato puree and top with pepper slices, mushrooms, black olives, cheese and mixed herbs. Cook under a moderate grill until cheese has melted and topping is heated through. PER SERVING 357 Kcal, fat 15.8g, saturated fat 8.5g, salt 2.3g, carbohydrate 39.2g, sugar 12.7g, fibre 4.3g
