Add a continental twist with this delightful sweet and savoury dish.

2 Croissants 12g/1/2oz butter, melted 2 halves of poached pears, sliced 150g/5oz Roquefort cheese Salt and black pepper
Slice Croissants in half horizontally and brush with the melted butter. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange the slices of pear and cheese on to and place in a pre-heated oven (180C/350F/gas 4) to warm for 7 minutes.
