The flavours of goat's cheese and walnuts together are delicious. The toast can be made up to 2 hours in advance and cooked when required.

1 Walnut Bread 300g/10½oz Goat's cheese 100g/4oz Walnut pieces, chopped Chopped fresh parsley
Slice the bread and toast on one side only. Slice or crumble the cheese and place on the un-toasted side. Sprinkle with parsley and chopped walnuts and place under the grill or bake at 180°C, gas mark 4 until cheese is warm and starting to soften. Cut into triangles and serve warm.
