A report entitled, 'Our Daily Bread - The Role of Bread in The British Diet'..
is now available on this website. Its content includes an examination of consumer attitudes to bread's nutritional value plus an analysis by the Medical Research Council Human Nutrition Research of bread's contribution to the national diet. The latter was conducted using the most recent national Diet and Nutrition Survey (NDNS) data for both adults and young people.
