Keeping the Press informed: The latest facts and Figures on bread and flour

In order to provide media with the most current information on flour and bread, media briefing packs have been developed consisting of up-to-date factsheets covering the following topics: allergy and intolerance; glycaemic index; flour and bread's nutritional benefits; plus generic facts and figures on the bread industry. The nutritional claims made within the factsheets were developed in line with the latest EU Health and Nutrition Claims regulations.
