THE VITALITY EATING SYSTEM (VES) WEIGHT LOSS PLANS


Each of the six VES weight loss plans consists of a seven day plan, which involves a nutritionally balanced low fat diet, containing carbohydrates, such as bred, pasta and cereals, plus fruit and vegetables. Devised to promote health and well-being, the VES plans is the healthy alternative to yo-yo and fad dieting.  The plans are developed by nutritionist Fiona Hunter and can be downloaded below.   Individual pamplet has an easy to follow and flexible eating plan, which promotes slow and steady weight loss.  It also includes lots of advice and tips on long-term weight management plus easy, tasty recipes ideas.

VES WEIGHT MAINTENANCE PLANS

The Vitality Eating System (VES) Maintenance Plans are nutritionally low fat eating plans, containing carbohydrates, such as bread, pasta and cereals, plus fruit and vegetables.  It is devised to promote health and well-being plus maintaining your weight loss.


Fad diets, yo-yo dieting and quick fixes are dangerous and not effective for long-term weight loss.  Research demonstrates that faddy dieting has negative effects on physical and mental states, including weakening the immune system, binge eating and depression.


There is no magic formula.  The Vitality Eating System Maintenance Plans are practical and flexible. The only way to successfully keep it off, is to eat a nutritionally balanced, low fat diet and also accompanied by exercise.
