The Grain Chain, a joint venture funded by the Flour Advisory Bureau, the Home Grown Cereals Authority and The Federation of Bakers, launched its first learning resources in 2001.

An exciting and website based education programme which explores how grains are grown, how they are made into food products, and how they can contribute to a healthy diet.
